Upon our receipt of the above information, the BUYER will receive a SOFT CORPORATE OFFER [SCO]based on the BUYER’srequirements.

The BUYER shall then respond with their Letter of Intent [LOI].

Once the LOI is received by the SELLER, the SELLER will send the CONTRACT immediately and the official law and banking procedures will start directly between SELLER and BUYER.  The CONTRACT will be signed only by the DIRECT SELLER/PRODUCER/MANUFACTURER AND DIRECT BUYER.

We do have a very urgent requirement for a DIRECT BUYER and we sincerely wish that we will receive soonest the information above [and the Buyer's LOI] which we respectfully request from you so that we can send the SCOwithin the same day.
